One star. Nothing more. 1. Calling this VW service center is like winning the lotto. My record is 2 hours of continuous calling. And if someone answers, it's not from this department and I get information that someone will call me back. Sometimes they call back. But I wouldn't count on it. 2. After returning the van to me, I was supposed to check if everything was OK. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I tried calling again. As usual, no one answered for several hours. I went to another service center, they hooked up the computer and it turned out that I got my van with errors on the computer. At Motus VW, no one even bothered to delete them. The client is not able to check it anyway because he does not have a computer. I'm happy with Van. I do not recommend this VW service.

I simply don't rate the competence of this garage. They claimed they couldn't gas up my air con system as it wasn't holding pressure but they said they didn't have the equipment to test it for leaks so I would have to take it elsewhere for a fix. Took it to my local garage who extensively tested the system to find absolutely nothing wrong with it, regassed it and job done! Safe to say I won't be going back to Motus, ever.

Superb experience at Motus Commercials (ford van centre Grimsby) with Sam Coe. From initial call for a new Ford Transit Courier to completion a perfect experience. Gave him a bit of a fast ball asking for it to be ready and newly ply lined as well as a private registration into the mix but it was ready 24 hours later and at a price my local Ford Garage in the Lake District couldn’t come close to.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this company. (Particularly BU67 ZPW). They are a disgrace and should not be trusted whatsoever. Their motor vehicle technicians are incapable of their jobs - will do anything to cut corners. This garage should not have the “Approved used VW commercials” badge as the service they provide is certainly not what you’d expect of an approved VW garage. No apology despite months of disappointment. If you want to keep your sanity then steer clear is all I say!

Terrible service, VW Crafter booked in with them as in limp mode but no warning signs, had to pay £110 plus vat for them to tell me it has no faults so they cant do anything. They offered no assistance at all to resolve just took the money and told me to collect the van. The vehicle is barely 10 years old, 90k from new and 1 previous owner, never had an issue but now it seems its worthless because the main dealer cant tell me what's wrong with it. Useless place!

They are not fit for purpose, sales manager does not answer his phone, service department do not answer the phone we have had a 72 reg vehicle approx 21k miles in for service/repair for a radio issue for 7 weeks

Went to pick up a truck and went unto reception to get the keys,staff member brought me the keys I asked him we're is truck parked as I couldn't see it in there yard? I don't know! He replied with a crabbit look on his face and gave me the keys. The truck wasn't parked in there yard and it took me 10 minutes to find! No service with a smile here! That guy needs sacked!
