It’s ‘Record’ for Imperial Commercials Bellshill

Following our recent acquisition of Imperial Commercials Bellshill, Neil Hatton (Business Support Manager) Cumbernauld had pleasure in welcoming new customer Record UK after finalising the first 3 year preventive maintenance contract at Bellshill with Operations Manager George Mitchell. Record UK, based in Wishaw had recently purchased this vehicle from our sales team at Cumbernauld but had reservations in using the Cumbernauld facility due to their location. George explained, ‘I would always prefer to use manufacturers for maintenance although distance was always going to be an issue but following developments within Imperial this has made my decision easier and we look forward to a long and enjoyable working relationship with Imperial Bellshill’. Neil added, ‘This is a good result for our parts and service business in Bellshill as we have managed to retain this customer for three years following on from the purchase of this truck from Cumbernauld’.
