I attended Imperial Commercials Halesowen on the 24th March 2011 circa midday, on arrival I was greeted professionally by the service reception team and was passed to a workshop technician. I obviously visit many workshop locations and meet 100's of technicians and workshop staff every year wile carrying out my duties for Fraikin and in a majority of the cases I am often dissatisfied by the level of technical competence, accommodation to work through a technical issue and the general customer service delivery/communication.

On my attendance to Imperial Halesowen, the technician who assisted me with a technical appraisal of Fraikin SCA operated vehicle BX09DWV (your own job number 55094) could not have represented Imperial Commercials in a better way, communication was excellent and the way he both conducted himself and with a professional manner, the technical ability was at a level higher that I have been accustom to and every technical request was facilitated without hesitation delivered correctly and in a timely manner, health & safety was maintained throughout and when he came under pressure from fellow workshop staff for use of the workshop area and brake test rollers he maintained his professional approach, kept focused and continued with a high level of customer service delivery to completion of the technical appraisal I needed to conduct.

I did not get the technicians name but I trust you will be able to track him down and make him aware of the feedback and what training the technician has had in his career and or through Imperial Commercials has outputted into an excellent and productive manner that your company should be proud of.
