Nick Wardman, from Imperial Commercials Worcester, has recently demonstrated the DAF Difference with some exemplary customer service.
Earlier this month Nick received an email from the Fleet Manager at Aim Logistics:
‘Good afternoon gents. Just a quick email to let you know that I am very impressed with one of your parts advisors at your Worcester depot – Nick Wardman.
Long story short – I put Nick in a difficult position, needing a large amount of parts for a vehicle that is MOT testing this Thursday afternoon.
He has gone well above and beyond what I expected and not only got all the parts required but got them into a location paint shop and they are scheduled to be delivered to me Wednesday afternoon.
I am very appreciative of his efforts and would like you to know, you have a very happy customer here at the moment.
I imagine most emails any business gets about staff are negative, however, I just wanted to single out the fantastic level of service that Nick has provided.’
